Banana Rolls (Nendrapazham Rolls)

Ingredients for Banana Rolls (Nendrapazham Rolls):

1. Big sized Kerala banana well-ripened – 2

2. Ghee – 3 big spoons

3. Cashews broken – 1 big spoon

4. Coconut -1/2, scrapped

    Sugar – 2 big spoons

    Cardamom powder – A pinch

5. Honey – As needed

How to prepare Banana Rolls (Nendrapazham Rolls)?

1. Slice banana into thin slices, lengthwise.

2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the banana pieces, till they turn light brown pieces.

3. Heat ghee again and fry cashews till they turn golden brown.

4. Add ingredients no: 4, mix well and put off the flame.

5. Sprinkle this mixture on the top of spread banana slices.

6. Roll each banana slice like pinwheels.

7. Transfer them to serving plates and pour honey on top.

8. Serve hot.
