Apple Crumble Tart
Ingredients for Apple Crumble Tart:
For tart base:
1. Maida – 150 gm
Icing sugar – 50 gm
Butter – 100 gm
For filling:
2. Apple – 3
3. Butter – 50 gm
Sugar – 75 gm
Bread crumbs – 50 gm
Cinnamon powder – 5 gm
Raisins – 10 gm
Lemon skin – From 1 lemon
Mint leaves chopped – 5 gm
For crumble:
4. Maida – 50 gm
Sugar – 50 gm
Butter – 50 gm
How to prepare Apple Crumble Tart?
1. Pre-heat oven in 180 degree celsious.
2. Mix together the ingredients of tart base manually and spread on tart mould.
3. Remove skin and middle portion of apple and chop into fine pieces.
4. Melt butter in a saucepan and add apple along with ingredients no: 3 and mix well.
5. Spread this fruit filling on tart base.
6. Mix together ingredients of crumble using fingers.
7. Spread crumble on the top of tart filling.
8. Bake this apple crumble in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
