Aloo Gobi

Ingredients for Aloo Gobi:

1. Potato – 450 gm

2. Oil – 2 tablespoons

3. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

4. Green chilli chopped – 1

5. Cauliflower florets – 450 gm

6. Coriander powder – 1 tsp

    Chilli powder – ¼ tsp

    Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

    Cumin powder – 1 tsp

    Salt – ½ tsp

7. Coriander leaves chopped – To decorate

How to prepare Aloo Gobi?

1. Clean the skin of potatoes, cut into small pieces and boil in water for 10 minutes.

2. Strain the water and keep potatoes aside.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

4. Add green chillies and sauté it till it’s done.

5. Add cauliflower and sauté for 5 minutes.

6. Add the powders, mix well and close the lid.

7. Cook the vegetables and put off the flame.

8. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve.
