How to bring back the freshness to fruits and vegetables? A few simple tips for you

1. To bring back freshness for lettuce of you salad – Salad needs fresh lettuce.  If they are not fresh, take some cool water and add a little lemon juice to it. Mix it well and immerse lettuce in this cold water. Then place it in fridge for one hour and prepare salad later.

2. If banana is over ripened – Peel of its skin and place in freezer. After sometime take it from freezer. Now dip it in melted chocolate and place it back in fridge. A good snack for kids is ready.

3. To bring back freshness to vegetables kept in refrigerator – Just 15 minutes before preparation, dip the vegetables in cold water added with a few drops of lemon juice. Vegetables turn fresh.

4. To bring back freshness to  carrot, beetroot and potato – Immerse them in salt water for half an hour and use.

5. If Kerala banana is over ripened –  If big sized Kerala banana are over ripen, remove its stalk and wrap that portion using plastic wrap.
