Through suitable beauty treatments it’s possible to reduce wrinkles on face and signs of aging. But what about neck? While giving so much importance to facial beauty we often forget about neck, and wrinkles on neck can exhibit the real age, whatever way you try to cover. Here are a few beauty tips and simple exercises to keep neck wrinkles at bay.

1. Sit in a chair and bend your neck backwards. Look at ceiling at one particular point. Skin and tissues of neck should stretch well. Now bring lower lips above upper lips and hold both lips tight. Stay in this position for 10 seconds and come back to original position. Do this exercise regularly for 10 times a day. It helps to stiffen and strengthen beck tissues and protect the skin from forming wrinkles.

2. This exercise can be done both in standing or sitting posture. Bend your head backwards and look at ceiling. Now touch the upper roof of your mouth using your tongue. This exercise helps to strengthen the neck muscles at front end. In the same posture, slowly bend chin towards neck. It helps to strengthen the skin just below chin.

3. This exercise is called Kiss the sky. Sit in a chair comfortably. Bend your neck backwards and look upwards. Now bring your lips together like kissing, and slowly raise neck upwards. Repeat the exercise 5 times a day, and continue it for one month. Then do it regularly thrice a week.

4. Apply two big spoons of papaya paste on your neck and wash it off after 15 minutes.

5. Apply olive oil in your neck regularly before you go to sleep. It prevents wrinkles and maintains skin beautifully.

6. Apply jelly of Aloe Vera on your neck. Wash it off with warm water after 1 hour.

7. Soak 5 or 6 almonds in half cup milk. Next morning make it a fine paste. Apply on your neck and wash it off using luke warm water and gram powder.
