Hara Bhara Kabab

Ingredients for Hara Bhara Kabab:

 

1. Sunflower Oil – 3 big spoons

2. Palak leaves chopped – 100 gm

3. Frozen green peas – 1 cup

4. Ginger finely chopped – 1 small spoon

5. Potato boiled and smashed – 1 big

    Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

    Garam masala – ½ small spoon

    Green chillies finely chopped – 1 big spoon

    Grated paneer – ½ cup

    Coriander leaves – As required

    Mint leaves – As required

6. Maida – 1 big spoon mixed in a little water

7. Bread powder (for coating) – As required

8. Sunflower oil – For frying

 

How to prepare Hara Bhara Kabab?

 

1. Heat one big spoon of oil in a pan, and add palak and frozen peas. When water content is fully absorbed put the flame off.

2. Once cooled blend it once using a mixer. Never make it a paste.

3. Pour the rest sunflower oil into the pan and sauté ginger.

4. Add the green peas-palak mixture to it, and sauté again for two minutes.

5. Now add ingredients no: 5, sauté it well and take it off from flame.

6. When the mixture cools off, make small balls from it.

7. Press each ball to make it cutlet shaped, dip it in maida batter, and roll it in bread powder.

8. Now deep fry each in hot oil. Your Hara Bhara Kabab is ready to serve.
