Spicy Garlic Mushroom

Ingredients for Spicy Garlic Mushroom:

1. Mushroom – 1 kg

2. Butter – 50 gm

3. Garlic – 50 gm, chopped

    Celery – 30 gm, chopped

    Onions – 4, chopped

4. White wine – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Spicy Garlic Mushroom?

1. Cook mushrooms and cut into two equal halves.

2. Heat butter and sauté ingredients no: 3.

3. When it turns brown, add cooked mushrooms and sauté for a few more minutes.

4. Add white vine and gently toss it.
