Kothu Chapati
Ingredients for Kothu Chapati:
1. Chapati – 3, cooked
2. Oil – As required
3. Mushroom chopped fine – ¼ cup
Cabbage chopped fine – ¼ cup
Capsicum chopped fine – ¼ cup
Celery chopped fine – 1 big spoon
Cilantro chopped fine – 1 big spoon
Onion chopped fine – 1
4. Garam masala powder – ½ small spoon
Chilli powder – ¾ small spoon
Pepper powder – ½ small spoon
Turmeric powder – ¾ small spoon
5. Fish/Meat of your choice (fried and cut into small pieces) – ½ cup
How to prepare Kothu Chapati?
1. Cut chapati into small pieces.
2. Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 3, one after another.
3. When it’s well done, add powders and sauté again.
4. Add chapati and cut fish/meat pieces to it and sauté well.
Note: In this preparation, you can use fish, chicken, mutton, paneer, egg or any other item of your choice.
