Red Chilly Chicken Fry (Kollan Mulak Chicken Fry)
Ingredients for Red Chilly Chicken Fry (Kollan Mulak Chicken Fry):
1. Boneless chicken – ¼ kg
2. Coconut oil – As required
3. Red chillies (Kollan Mulak/Vattal Mulak) – 3 or 4 full
Red chillies crushed – 2-3 small spoons
4. Curry leaves – A handful
5. Kashmiri chilli powder- 2 small spoons
How to prepare Red Chilly Chicken Fry (Kollan Mulak Chicken Fry)?
1. Clean chicken and cut into pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add ingredients no: 3 and half of curry leaves.
3. Add chilli powder and sauté the contents in low flame.
4. When raw smell goes out, add chicken, salt and remaining curry leaves.
5. Cook chicken and serve hot.
