Banana Roast with Brown Sugar & Vanilla Essence

Ingredients for Banana Roast with Brown Sugar & Vanilla Essence:

1. Butter – 1 big spoon

2. Brown sugar – 2 big spoon

3. Vanilla essence – 3 drops

    Cashews broken – 1 big spoon

    Cinnamon powder – A pinch

4. Big sized Kerala banana (Ethapazham) – 1, split lengthwise into two

5. Vanilla ice cream – A scoop

How to prepare Banana Roast with Brown Sugar & Vanilla Essence?

1. Melt butter in a pan and add brown sugar.

2. Keep sauting till brown sugar melts completely.

3. Add ingredients no: 3 and mix well.

4. Place split banana in the pan. Chopped portion should be in the upper side.

5. After 2 minutes, flip banana once and cook for 2 more minutes.

6. Transfer your banana roast to a serving plate and serve with ice cream.
