Egg Chicken Kabab
Ingredients for Egg Chicken Kabab:
1. Eggs – 4
2. Chicken pieces – 3
Chilli powder – 1 big spoon
Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon
Bengal gram – 50 gm
Salt – For taste
3. Eggs – 2, beaten
4. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Egg Chicken Kabab?
1. Boil 4 eggs and remove shell.
2. Cook chicken along with ingredients listed as 2.
3. When it cools, make it a paste using mixer.
4. Cover each egg using this chicken paste.
5. Dip each kabab in beaten egg and deep fry in hot oil.
