Pancake with Maple Syrup
Ingredients for Pancake with Maple Syrup:
1. Maida – 2 cups
2. Sugar – 1 small spoon
3. Baking powder – 1 small spoon
4. Baking soda – 1 small spoon
5. Sourless curd – 1 cup
6. Eggs – 2
7. Milk – 1 cup
8. Butter – 2 big spoons in room temperature
Salt – As required
Maple syrup – As needed
How to prepare Pancake with Maple Syrup?
1. Add baking powder, baking soda and sugar to maida.
2. Mix well and then add curd, followed by egg and milk.
3. Add salt also and mix the ingredients well to prepare batter.
4. Add butter and sufficient water too to get the consistency of dosa batter.
5. Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes.
6. Heat a pan and grease it with butter.
7. Pour a big spoon of batter and prepare pancake in low flame.
8. Flip both sides and cook well.
9. Pour maple syrup or chocolate syrup on its top and serve hot.
