Dhvani Bhanushali – Bollywood playback singer of ‘Dilbar – remix’ fame

Dhvani Bhanushali is the new singing sensation of Bollywood and independent music. Her second song – ‘Dilbar’ aside Neha Kakkar composed by Tanishk Bagchi for the movie, Satyameva Jayate became one of the biggest hits of the year. Her singles – “Vaaste” and “Leja Re” both composed by Tanishk Bagchi went viral over net, and registered 260+ million views and 370+ million views on net respectively (till May 2019). Her debut single, “Ishare Tere” aside Guru Randhawa registered 346+ million views within one year of release. Her single – “Main Teri Hoon” released in July 2018 was also an instant chartbuster. Songs released since July 2018 have went viral over net, which include “Ishare Tere” and “Dilbar”.

Dhvani Bhanushali hails from Mumbai. She was born in 1998. Her father currently serves as the president of Global Marketing and Media Publishing of T-Series. She has been singing since school days, where she was a part of school choir. Once when she assisted her father to Himesh Reshammiya’s studio, and the composer was impressed by her voice. It was two years after she completed her tenth grade. She later dubbed many songs of the composer, which helped her as a sort of practice and formal training for playback singing. She used to frequently go to studio for this purpose.

In 2018, she sang the duet “Ishtehaar” from Welcome to New York aside Rahet Fateh Ali Khan, which marked her debut in Bollywood. The real break came when she sang the remixed version of ‘Dilbar’ song aside Neha Kakkar and song got released in July 2018. Very soon her debut single also got released, and she turned a singing sensation. At the age of 20 she turned a YouTube star.

3. Most of her songs released in 2018 and 2019 become trendy. Thus she had a promising debut in music industry.
