Mutta Kappa Masala

Ingredients for Mutta Kappa Masala:

1. Tapioca – ½ kg

    Salt and water – As needed

2. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

3. Eggs – 2

4. Coconut oil – 4 tsp

5. Onions sliced – 1

    Green chillies – 4

    Curry leaves – As required

6. Pepper powder – A pinch

    Salt – For taste

7. Mustard – A pinch

    Red chillies – 3

    Curry leaves – A little

How to prepare Mutta Kappa Masala?

1. Clean tapioca and cut into small pieces.

2. Add turmeric powder, sufficient salt and cook it.

3. When it’s done, add salt and drain off excess oil.

4. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 5.

5. Break eggs and pour into it.

6. Add salt and pepper and fry it till it is done.

7. Heat remaining oil in another pan and sputter mustard seeds.

8. Add chillies and curry leaves to it and sauté well.

9. Add cooked tapioca and scrambled eggs to it.

10. Mix well, cook for three more minutes and serve hot.
