Healthy Chicken Lollipop
Ingredients for healthy Chicken Lollipop:
- Chicken wings – 10
- Tomato sauce – 50gm
- Oil – 2 table spoon
- Ginger – 10 gm
- Garlic- 10 gm
- Green chillies – 1
- Red chilli chopped – 1
- Spring onion – 20gm
- Salt – as needed
- Pepper – 1 tsp
For gravy:
- Maida – 50gm
- Corn flour – 50 gm
- Salt – as needed
- Pepper powder – 1 table spoon
- Egg – 1
Method of preparation of healthy Chicken Lollipop:
- Mix ingredients 2-5 and make a paste by adding water.
- Marinate chicken wings and fry in hot oil.
- Drain them from hot oil and place them in tissue paper.
- In the remaining oil saute ingredients 3-7.
- Add tomato sauce, pepper and salt and mix the contents well.
- Add chopped spring onions and fried chicken pieces and put the flame off.
- Mix the contents well and serve hot.
