Kashmiri Chicken

Ingredients for Kashmiri Chicken:

1. Chicken – 8 big pieces

2. Kashmiri chilli powder – 4 big spoons

    Tomato ketchup – 4 big spoons

    Soya sauce – 1 big spoon

    Vinegar – 1 small spoon

    Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon

    Salt – For taste

    Sugar – 1 small spoon

3. Oil – 3 big spoons

4. Ginger crushed – 2 pieces

    Garlic crushed – 4 cloves

    Lemon juice – 1 big spoon

5. Coriander leaves chopped – 1 big spoon

How to prepare Kashmiri Chicken?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 2 and make a fine paste.

2. Marinate chicken pieces using this paste and keep in freezer for 2 hours.

3. After that, take it out and place outside for some time.

4. Heat oil in a big pan, and sauté garlic and half quantity of ginger.

5. Add marinated chicken and fry both sides.

6. Close the pan with a lid and cook till chicken turns soft.

7. Later add lemon juice, remaining ginger and coriander leaves.

8. Serve hot with fried rice.
