Caramel Cornflakes Cookies
Ingredients for Caramel Cornflakes Cookies:
1. Butter – 125 gm
2. Brown sugar – ¼ cup
Sugar powdered – ¼ cup
3. Coconut scrapped – ½ cup
Corn flakes – 3 cups
Maida – ½ cup
Baking powder – A pinch
Ground nuts and cashews together – ½ cup
Egg beaten – 1
How to prepare Caramel Cornflakes Cookies?
1. Preheat oven in 150 degree celsious.
2. Mix butter and sugar in a saucepan and heat it well till butter melts completely.
3. Add the remaining ingredients to it slowly.
4. Apply a little oil or butter in the baking tray.
5. Pour the batter a spoon each at 2-inch distance.
6. Bake it for 10-15 minutes. The cookies should turn golden brown.
7. Place it in tray for some time, and later remove to a rack.
8. Approximately 30 cookies can be prepared this way.
