Eenthappazham Vilayichu Porichath

Ingredients for Eenthappazham Vilayichu Porichath:

1. Ghee – 1 big spoon

2. Dates cut into small pieces after removing seeds – 200 gm

    Scrapped coconut – 1 glass

    Sugar – 1 glass

    Cardamom powder – A pinch

3. Maida – 1 glass

    Palayankodan banana – 1

    Sugar – 1/2 glass

    Egg – 1

4. Coconut oil – To dip and fry

How to prepare Eenthappazham Vilayichu Porichath?

1. Fry ingredients no: 2 in ghee. Allow it to cool.

2. Once cooled make small dates balls out of them.

3. Blend together ingredients no: 3 in a mixer to prepare the batter.

4. Press each ball once using your palm, dip in batter and deep fry in hot oil.
