Mango Pudding
Ingredients for Mango Pudding:
1. Milk -2 cups
Mango pulp – 1 cup
Sugar – As needed
2. Gelatin – 1 big spoon
3. Mango fruit – 1, cut into fine pieces
How to prepare Mango Pudding?
1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 and blend well in a mixer.
2. Take gelatin in a bowl and immerse in hot water to melt it.
3. Add melted gelatin to mango mixture and mix well.
4. Add mango pieces as well and set your mango pudding by placing in refrigerator.

Mango Pudding (Recipe 2)
Ingredients for Mango Pudding (Recipe 2):
1. Mango pulp – 1.5 cups
2. Sugar – ¾ cup
Water – ¾ cup
3. Gelatin – 1.5 big spoons
Water – 4 big spoons
5. Egg white – From 3 eggs
Sugar – 4 big spoons
5. Whipped cream – ½ cup
6. Mango pieces, cherry and fried cashews (broken) – To decorate
How to prepare Mango Pudding (Recipe 2)?
1. Mix sugar and water, boil it and prepare sugar solution.
2. Add mango pulp to it and stir continuously till it turns custard like.
3. Soak gelatine in water and using double boiling method, melt it completely.
4. Add this gelatine to prepared mango mixture and mix well.
5. When it cools completely, grease a plate and pour this mixture to it.
6. Refrigerate the mango pudding till it is half set.
7. Beat egg white and add sugar to it.
8. Beat the contents till it turns thick.
9. Add whipped cream to mango pudding slowly, followed by egg-sugar mixture.
10. You can decorate mango pudding with piped cream, cherries, fried cashews, mango pieces etc.
