Paneer Mushroom Curry

Ingredients for Paneer Mushroom Curry :

1. Paneer – ½ cup

2. Mushroom pieces – 1 cup

3. Cooking oil – As needed

4. Ginger paste – 1 small spoon

    Garlic paste – 1 small spoon

    Green chilli paste – 1 small spoon

    Garam Masala (as whole) – 2 small spoons

5. Onions chopped – ½ cup

6. Tomato sauce – 4 small spoons

    Chilli sauce – 2 small spoons

    Soya sauce – 1 small spoon

7. Cashew soaked – 10, grinded

8. Salt – For taste

9. Coriander leaves – To decorate

How to prepare Paneer Mushroom Curry?

1. Deep fry paneer pieces in hot oil till light brown colour.

2. Drain off excess oil.

3. In the remaining oil sauté ingredients no: 4.

4. Add onions and sauté again.

5. Add mushrooms, a little water and cook the contents with lid closed.

6. When mushrooms are well cooked, bring to low flame.

7. Add sauces and cashew paste and mix well.

8. Add salt and paneer pieces and decorate with coriander leaves.
