Olan for Kozhikode Sadya
Ingredients for Olan for Kozhikode Sadya:
1. Pumpkin cut into thin square pieces – 1 cup
White gourd cut into thin square pieces – 1 cup
Kidney beans (Vanpayar) – ½ cup
2. Salt – As required
3. Coconut oil – 2 big spoons
4. Coconut milk – ½ cup
How to prepare Olan for Kozhikode Sadya?
1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 and cook well.
2. When it’s done, add sufficient salt and boil well.
3. Add coconut oil and put the flame off.
4. Add coconut milk, mix well and serve.
