Pan Roll

Ingredients for Pan Roll:

1. Maida – 1 cup

    Milk – ½ cup

    Egg – 1

    Salt and water – As required

2. Coconut oil – As required

3. Coconut scrapped – 1 cup

    Sugar – 4 big spoons

    Cardamom powder – ½ small spoon

How to prepare Pan Roll?

1. Mix all ingredients listed as 1 in a bowl to prepare the batter of pancake.

2. Heat a tawa and make small and thin pan cakes in round shape.

3. Apply a little coconut oil on both sides and fry well.

4. Now transfer the pancakes to a plate.

5. Mix all ingredients listed as 3 to prepare the filling.

6. Place a little filling inside every pancake, press it well, roll and serve.
