Corn – Cheese Balls

Ingredients for Corn – Cheese Balls:

1. Sweet corn or corn cooked – 1 cup

2. Maida – ½ cup

    Corn flour – 2 big spoons

    Salt – As required

    Baking powder – ¼ small spoon

    Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

3. Cheese grated – 2 cups

    Potato – 2, cooked

    Walnut crushed – ½ cup

    Coriander leaf – ¼ cup cut into fine pieces

4. Corn flour – As needed

5. Oil – To deep fry

6. Red chillies crushed – As needed

How to prepare Corn – Cheese Balls?

1. Grind corn without adding sufficient water (not finely grind it).

2. Mix ingredients no: 2, add a little water and make a mixture. Water should not be excess.

3. Add grinded corn to it along with ingredients 3 and mix the contents wells.

4. Make medium sized balls of out and roll in corn flour.

5. Now deep fry in hot oil.

6. Once it’s done, sprinkle crushed chillies and serve hot with sauce.
