10 Habits to keep diseases at bay

“Cancer & heart attack” – Though entirely different diseases, defense mechanism for both involve more or less same processes. Here are some of the very simple tips to keep diseases at bay.

1. Sleep minimum 6 hours compulsorily.

2. Exercise for half hour at least 5 days a week.

3. Bring positive changes to your life style and food habits. Eat dinner before 9 pm.

4. Reduce pappads, sweets and pickles as much as you can.

5. Always keep in control blood pressure and cholesterol. Never allow to increase the level of bad cholesterol – LDL in your blood.

6. Reduce fat content food as much as you can.

7. If your blood relatives have become victims of cancer or heart attack, you should go for a medical checkup compulsorily.

8. Never avoid silly symptoms given by your body. Pain inside heart, upper side of stomach or moving pain from chin towards hands should never be neglected. Excess sweating at that time should be taken into consideration.

9. Anxiety and mental stress should be avoided to maximum. Always remain happy and relaxed.

10. Those patients suffering from hypertension should do annual heart checkup.
