Give importance to body fitness one month before marriage

Now trends change so fast. Two decades back, beauticians used for bridal makeup in a marriage was a taboo for many communities and societies in India. People might have asked, ‘what’s body fitness before marriage?’ Now preparations and personal care start several months before the function. Before the most special day of one’s life, it’s always a better idea to prepare mentally, as well as give some importance to physical appearance as well. A glowing skin with good physique adds a lot of self-confidence to bride and groom. After all, they remain in the spotlight the whole day.

Begin preparations at least three months before marriage

Start body exercises three months before marriage. Dedicate at least 1 hour, 5 days a week to make you physically fit. Cardio exercises and weight trainings can go hand in hand. Cycling, swimming, dance and walking are the best ones. You can make use of a treadmill also. Aerobic exercises involve all body parts and hence it can be chosen; you will love it. Even if you are not willing to do all these, just walk a few distance for a shopping or climb a few steps to shed those extra calories. You will look fabulous on your wedding day. Also, exercise makes your skin shine brighter and fresh and you will really look special in that special occasion.

Control your diet

If you want to reduce a few pounds just control your diet. If possible maintain a proper diet plan and stick on to the decision. But never quit meals, particularly breakfast as such habit makes you tired. Replace snacks with fruits during intervals and reduce carbohydrate rich food. Give importance to fiber and proteins.

Include leafy vegetables and fruits

No doubt, leafy vegetables and fruits supply a lot of antioxidants and make you fresh and you look younger. Your weight won’t go up and you can replace all fatty items and sweets by fruits and vegetables. Give importance to rainbow food. It nourishes your mind, body and skin. Include anti-oxidant rich cereals too so that your skin health and complexion improve.

Drink water replacing junk food

Junk food supplies a lot of unnecessary calories to your body. Avoid them as much as possible when your marriage date is fixed. Drink plenty of water to dissolve fat of your body. Minimum 10 glasses of water is most needed. You can include a lot of fresh juices and green tea, but reduce sugar intake.

Protein supplements for your health

Include soya, ragi, spinach, carrot, papaya, broccoli and a lot of beans in your diet. They will take care of the protein content of your body.

Healthy mind stays in a healthy body and to keep your body fit, supply it with what is required so that you can prepare both your mind and body for the best moment of your life. Happy wedding!
