Egg Salad – Recipe 2

Egg salad is a fiber rich food with protein content. Protein helps in body growth and proper functioning of cells. Fiber rich food enhances digestion and also helps intestine muscles in the process.

Ingredients for Egg Salad – Recipe 2:

1. Boiled eggs – 2 or 3

2. Tomato ketchup – 1 Tablespoon

    Lemon juice – 1 tsp

    Tomato – 1

    Cumin seeds roasted – 1 teaspoon

    Green chilli – 1

    Sliced onion – 1

    Cucumber – 1

    Capsicum – 1

    Salt – For taste

3. Sliced onions, pepper powder and mint leaves – To decorate

How to prepare Egg Salad – Recipe 2?

1. Take ingredients no: 2 in a bowl.

2. Mix it well and then put egg pieces in it.

3. Decorate your egg salad using ingredients no: 3 and serve.
