Ingredients for Tomato Chutney:
1. Oil – 3 big spoons
2. Red chillies – 10
Shallots – 20
Tomato – 1
Onions – 1, chopped
3. Salt – For taste
How to prepare Tomato Chutney?
1. Heat oil in a pan and add ingredients no: 2.
2. Sauté it well and take off from flame.
3. When it cools, make a fine paste adding salt.
4. Serve with any dish of your choice. It tastes best with dosa and idli.
Note: Red chillies, shallots and tomatoes are to be fried as whole while preparing this tomato chutney
