Soya – Paneer with Egg Masala

 

Ingredients for Soya – Paneer with Egg Masala:

  1. Soaked soya – ½ cup
  2. Paneer cubes – ½ cup
  3. Oil – 50 gm
  4. Sliced onion – 2
  5. Green chillies split into two – 4
  6. Tomato sliced thin – 1
  7. Ginger finely chopped – 1 piece
  8. Egg masala – 1 big spoon
  9. Pepper powder – ½ spoon

How to prepare Soya – Paneer with Egg Masala?

  1. Cook soya adding a little salt, pepper powder and water. Squeeze its water content once cooked.
  2. Fry paneer in golden brown colour using a little oil. Keep them aside. Fry soya in the remaining oil.
  3. Filter soya from oil completely and then fry onions in the remaining oil till it becomes golden brown.
  4. When it is done, add green chillies, ginger and tomato and sauté it well. Add egg masala and mix contents well.
  5. Add sufficient salt and water and cook again in low flame with lid closed.
  6. When gravy becomes thick, add prepared soya and paneer pieces to it and mix well.
  7. Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
