Red Velvet Cookies

Ingredients for Red Velvet Cookies:

1. Butter – 50 gm

    Sugar – 65 gm

2. Maida – 75 gm

3. Coco powder – 1 small spoon

    Red food colour – 2 big spoons

4. White chocochips – To decorate

How to prepare Red Velvet Cookies?

1. Preheat oven in 150 degree celsious.

2. Blend well butter and sugar till it turns soft.

3. Add all-purpose flour to it and blend well again.

4. Add ingredients no: 3 and mix well.

5. Refrigerate the mixture for half an hour.

6. Take it out of the refrigerator and make cookies using hands.

7. Also fix choco chips on the top of cookies.

8. In the pre-heated oven, bake for 12-13 minutes.

9. Your red velvet cookies are ready.
