Rava Palappam

 

Ingredients for Rava Palappam:

  1. Rava – 1 cup
  2. Milk – 5 cups
  3. Sugar – 1 cup
  4. Cardamom powder – as you desire
  5. Cashew nuts finely chopped – 5

How to prepare Rava Palappam?

  1. Just heat rava. No need to fry till it changes its colour.
  2. Boil milk and add rava to it. Cook it, stirring continuously.
  3. Add sugar and completely evaporate water content.
  4. Spread the contents to a plate and sprinkle cardamom powder and cashew pieces on top.
  5. Allow it to cool and then place your rava palappam in fridge.
  6. You can cut into desired pieces and serve chilled.
