Rava Burfi


Ingredients for Rava Burfi:

1. Rava – 1.5 cups
2. Sugar – 3.5 cups
3. Ghee – 1 cup
4. Milk – 4 cups

How to prepare Rava Burfi?

1. Mix all contents together and place in flame. Cook it well in low flame for a few minutes.
2. Apply ghee to a plate and spread the contents on it. You can draw any shapes on it before it cools.
3. Serve when it cools well.
