Paneer Roast

Ingredients for Paneer Roast:

1. Oil – As required

2. Butter – 2 big spoons

3. Onions chopped – 2

4. Ginger-garlic paste – ½ small spoon

5. Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

6. Tomato purie/sauce – 2 big spoons

7. Garam masala – ½ small spoon

8. Water – 1 cup

9. Paneer – 250 gm, cut into small pieces

10. Cashew paste – 2 big spoons

      Kasuri meti – 2 small spoons

11. Fresh cream – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Paneer Roast?

1. Heat oil in a pan and add half quantity of butter.

2. Sauté onions till it changes colour.

3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté again.

4. Add chilli powder and mix well.

5. Add tomato purie and sauté till a thin layer of oil appears.

6. Add garam masala, mix well and add water & paneer cubes.

7. Add cashew paste and kasuri methi and mix well.

8. Finally, add cream and remaining butter and take off from flame.
