Muringa Leaves Soup

Ingredients for Muringa Leaves Soup:

1. White gourd – ½ kg, cut into pieces

    Onions -2, finely chopped

    Tomato – 1, finely chopped

     Garlic – 8 cloves, finely chopped

2. Water – 3 to 4 cups

3. Oil – 1 smallspoon

4. Muringa leaves – 1 cup

5. Salt and pepper – As required

How to prepare Muringa Leaves Soup?

1. Add water to ingredients no: 1 and boil the contents well.

2. When it cools, make a fine paste using a mixer.

3. Heat oil and sauté muringa leaves for 2 minutes.

4. Add it to prepared soup and boil for 5-6 minutes in low flame.

5. If you need excess water, add it at this stage.

6. Serve hot.
