Chicken Clear Soup
Ingredients for Chicken Clear Soup:
1. Chicken stock – 1200 milli litre
2. Cooked chicken pieces – 100 gm
3. Salt and pepper – As required
Soya sauce – A little
4. Lettuce – 100 gm
How to prepare Chicken Clear Soup?
1. Add chicken stock to the cooked chicken pieces.
2. Add ingredients no: 3 to it and boil well.
3. Garnish using finely chopped lettuce and serve hot.
