Capsicum Rice

Ingredients for Capsicum Rice:

1. Butter – 2 big spoons

2. Garlic crushed – 1 big spoon

3. Onions – 1, chopped fine

4. Celery chopped – 1 big spoon

   Capsicum (red, yellow and green) – 1 big spoon each

   Salt – As required

5. Basmati rice – ½ cup, cooked

How to prepare Capsicum Rice?

1. Melt butter and sauté garlic.

2. Add onions and sauté again.

3. Add celery, capsicum and salt and mix well.

4. Stir fry for a while. But never overcook it.

5. Add cooked rice to it, mix well and serve hot.

Note: You can make an alternative dish as well. Sauté half onions, add rice and cook it adding 1 cup chicken stock. Decorate the rice with remaining items.
