Butter Letter (Premium Fruit Cake)


Ingredients for Butter letter fruit cake:

  1. Chocolate – 25 gm
  2. Condensed milk – 3 big spoons
  3. Mixed fruit jam – 10 gm
  4. Raisins, cashew, cherry, fig – 350 gm
  5. Wine – a little
  6. Butter – 125 gm
  7. Sugar – 125 gm
  8. Eggs – 3
  9. Maida – 105 gm
  10. Cinnamon powdered – 1 tsp
  11. Baking soda – 1 small spoon
  12. Plum essence – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Butter letter fruit cake?

  1. Melt chocolate using small flame and add condensed milk.
  2. Then add mixed fruit jam to it and allow it to cool.
  3. Add a little wine to the fruits and keep it aside.
  4. Blend well butter and sugar. Then add chocolate mixture to it and mix it well.
  5. Add eggs one by one to this mixture and blend the contents well.
  6. Add soaked fruits to it and mix well.
  7. Mix well maida, baking soda and cinnamon powder and slowly add it to chocolate-butter mixture.
  8. Add plum essence to it and mix again.
  9. Pour it to cake tin and bake for 1.5 hours in 160-170 degree celsious.
  10. Your delicious Christmas cake is ready for your royal party.
