Achari Paneer Tikka

Ingredients for Achari Paneer Tikka:

1. Paneer cubes – 500 gm

    Capsicum chopped – 2

2. Curd – 2 table spoons

    Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp

    Garam masala powder – ½ tsp

    Lime juice – 2 tsp

    Salt – For taste

3. Oil – 2 table spoon

For gravy:

4. Green chillies – 4

    Mint leaves – 3

    Coriander leaves – A little

For Achari Masala:

5. Mustard – 1 tsp

    Coriander seeds – 1 tsp

    Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

    Black cumin seeds – 1 tsp

6. Mango powder – As required

How to prepare Achari Paneer Tikka?

1. Make a fine paste of green chillies, mint leaves and coriander leaves.

2. Slightly fry coriander seeds, mustard, cumin and black cumin seeds.

3. Make a fine powder of this mixture adding mango powder.

4. Mix it well with ingredients no: 2 and green chilli paste.

5. Finally add paneer cubes, and mix well till paneer pieces get a good coat of masala.

6. Close the bowl with a lid and keep it aside for 1 hour.

7. Heat a grill pan and pour a little oil.

8. Place paneer cubes and grill it, till both sides turn light brown colour.

9. Skew paneer cubes and capsicum pieces alternately in a wooden skewer.
