Potato Egg Salad

Ingredients for Potato Egg Salad:

1. Mayonnaise – 2 cups

    Salt and sugar – As needed

    Amul veg cream – 1 small packet

    Pepper crushed – 1 big spoon

2. Potato boiled and cut into square pieces – ¾ kilo

    Green peas cooked – ½ cup

3. Celery chopped fine – 2 big spoons

4. Eggs – 4, boiled and cut into square pieces

How to prepare Potato Egg Salad?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1.

2. Add cooked green peas and potato pieces to it and mix well.

3. Add celery and mix well.

4. Finally mix with egg pieces.

5. You can decorate the salad using a tomato. Cut out a flower shape from tomato and decorate it.
