Chikku Salad (Sapodilla Salad)
Ingredients for Chikku Salad (Sapodilla Salad):
1. Chikku – 4
2. Dates chopped – 5
3. Rock salt (Induppu) – ¼ small spoon
4. Pepper powder – ¼ small spoon
5. Honey – 1 big spoon
How to prepare Chikku Salad (Sapodilla Salad)?
1. Remove skin and seeds from Sapodilla, and cut into small pieces.
2. Toss it with remaining contents to prepare the salad, and serve.
