Cheese Balls

Ingredients for Cheese Balls:

1. Milk – 1 cup

    Butter – 50 gm

2. Maida – 1 cup

    Salt – For taste

3. Eggs – 2

4. Cheese – 2 cubes, grated

5. Chilli powder – A little

6. Oil – As required

How to prepare Cheese Balls?

1. Mix together milk and butter, and boil.

2. Add maida to it and add eggs one by one, blend well.

3. Add cheese and chilli powder, mix well and take off from flame.

4. Make small balls and deep fry in low flame.

5. Fry till they turn golden brown.
