Ingredients for Phalaphal Kabab:
1. White kabuli chana (chick peas) – 400 gm
2. Garlic crushed – 1 big spoon
Parsley sliced – ½ cup
Celery sliced – 1 cup
Coriander leaves chopped – ½ cup
Coriander – ½ big spoon
Cumin seeds – ½ small spoon
Pepper – 1.5 small spoons
Green chillies – 1
Salt – As required
3 .Oil – For frying
How to prepare Phalaphal Kabab?
1.Soak kabula chana for a few hours.
2.Later blend it once in a mixture adding ingredients no: 2.
3.Make Kababs in Unnakai shape from this mixture (similar to a cylinder with pointed ends).
4.Heat oil and deep fry your kababs.
5.Serve Phalaphal Kababs with any sauce of your choice.
