Paneer Finger

Ingredients for Paneer Finger:

1. Paneer – 200 gm

    Potato – ½ kg

    Green chillies – 4, cut into very fine pieces

    Onion – 1, cut into very fine pieces

    Salt & pepper – As required

2. Egg – 1, whipped

3. Bread crumbs – 3 cups

4. Oil – To fry

How to prepare Paneer Finger?

1. Blend and powder paneer in a mixer.

2. Cook potatoes and smash it well.

3. Mix well ingredients no: 1.

4. Roll and make finger shaped pieces out of this mixture.

5. Dip each piece in well-blended egg and cover it in bread crumbs.

6. Deep fry the fingers in hot oil.

7. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
