Chicken Donuts

Ingredients for Chicken Donuts:

1. Minced chicken – ½ kg

2. Bread crumps – 1.5 cups

    Maida – 1 cup

    Besan (Gram powder) – 1 big spoon

    Potato – 2 medium sized, boiled and smashed

    Green chillies – 6, chopped

    Mint leaves finely chopped – ¼ cup

    Curry leaves finely chopped – 2 big spoons

    White pepper powder – 2 small spoons

    Baking powder – ½ small spoon

    Eggs whipped – 3

    Salt – As required

3. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Chicken Donuts?

1. Mint the chicken and take in a bowl.

2. Add ingredients no: 2 to it and mix well to form a dough.

3. Spread the mixture in a cutting board using your hands.

4. Using a donut cutter cut the pieces similar to Uzhunnu Vada.

5. Deep fry till brown in hot oil.

6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
