Banana Poori

 

Ingredients for Banana Poori:

1. Well ripen banana (Etha pazham) – 2
2. Maida – 1 cup
    Wheat powder – 1 cup
    Sugar powdered – ½ cup
    Cardamom powder – 1 small spoon
    Salt – As per taste
    Ghee – ½ cup
3. Oil – To fry

How to prepare Banana Poori?

  1. Cook banana, mix it well and mix it with ingredients no: 2 to make dough.
  2. Keep it aside for two long hours.
  3. Make small balls from dough and spread it similar to pooris.
  4. Heat oil and fry banana pooris.
