Rava Apple Cake

 

Ingredients for Rava Apple Cake:

 
1. Rava – ½ kg
2. Ghee – 2 big spoons
3. Apple grinded to a fine paste – ½ cup
    Hot water – 2 cup
4. Sugar – 100g
    Milk – 1 cup
5. Cardamom powder – a pinch
 

How to prepare Rava Apple Cake?

 
1. Heat ghee in a pan and fry rava.
2. Add apple paste and hot water to it. Keep stirring.
3. When it absorbs water fully, add sugar and milk.
4. Cook the contents in low flame and add cardamom powder also.
5. When water content is fully absorbed and becomes dry, put the flame off.
6. Take a tray and spread a little ghee before the contents are transferred to it.
7. Cut the cake to small pieces and serve hot.
