Egg-Cabbage Upperi


Ingredients for Egg-Cabbage Upperi:

 
1. Coconut Oil – 2 spoon
2. Mustard – ½ tsp
    Curry leaves – 2 stalks
3. Onion chopped to tiny pieces – 1
4. Green chillies – 2
    Ginger – 1 small piece
    Garlic – 5 cloves
5. Cabbage finely chopped – 1/4kg
6. Pepper powder – 1 small spoon
7. Turmeric Powder – One pinch
8. Salt – As needed
9. Eggs – 3
 

Method of preparation of Egg-Cabbage Upperi:

 
1. Crush well ingredients no: 4.
2. Heat a pan, add oil, mustard and curry leaves.
3. When mustard splutters add onions and sauté it well.
4. Once onions are well sautéed add green chillies, ginger and garlic, and sauté again.
5. Then add cabbage, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
6. When half cooked, add eggs and scramble it well.
7. After two minutes put the flame off.
