Milk Chocolate

Ingredients of Milk Chocolate:

  1. Milk – 1 litre
  2. Coco powder – 2 big spoons
  3. Maida – 1 big spoon
  4. Sugar – 400 gms
  5. Ghee – 25 gm
  6. Cashew nuts – 50 gm

How to prepare Milk Chocolate?

  1. Blend well coco powder, sugar and maida .
  2. Boil milk first and add this mixture slowly so that it never clots.
  3. Keep stirring continuously and as long you continue this process your dish tastes best.
  4. When it begins to bubble add ghee and keep stirring till it becomes pasty.
  5. Add cashew nuts and keep stirring till a nice flavour comes. Put the flame off.
  6. Place an aluminum foil in a plate and apply ghee with your hands.
  7. Spread choco paste to the foil using a spoon. Dip spoon once in ghee before spreading to avoid sticking.
  8. When it cools well cut into pieces and refrigerate.
