Healthy Chilli Chicken

 

 

 Ingredients for Healthy Chilli Chicken:

  1. Chicken pieces – 1/2 kg
  2. Ginger – 10 gm
  3. Garlic – 10 gm
  4. Chillies – 2
  5. Onion chopped – 2
  6. Capsicum – 4
  7. Celery – As needed
  8. Soya sauce – 1 table spoon
  9. Chilli sauce – 1 table spoon
  10. Salt – as needed
  11. Pepper – 1 table spoon
  12. Sugar – 1 table spoon
  13. Oil – 1 table spoon
  14. Corn flour – As required
  15. Coriander leaves – A hand full

Method of preparation of Healthy Chilli Chicken:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add ingredients 2-7. Mix the contents well.
  2. Add contents 8-12 and stir well.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook well.
  4. When it’s well cooked add some corn flour (mixed with water) and keep stirring till it becomes thick.
  5. Decorate with coriander leaves.
